Annual trip to Sandbanks leaving Sunday July 27 at 8:00am from Burger King - All members welcome!.

Communication through the web is a common thing now with groups, teams and clubs. We will not be phoning people with changes or updates to schedules so you will need to get used to checking the website to make sure that you do not miss out on something.
We will eventually have a photo gallery so everyone who has a digital camera is asked to take photos and submit them to us so we will be able to share them with others and make the site more interesting. We also have the capability of uploading videos, so if someone has a video camera and is interested in providing us with some material that would be great. Trainer Dave Torrance will do some videos occasionally but his time is limited due to his commitment to TISS.

Trent Corney won THREE GOLD MEDALS in the space of two hours at the RCL Provincial Championships on Saturday. Trent's success secured a spot on "Team Ontario" and a trip to the National Track and Field Championships in Sherbrooke Quebec. Trents first place finishes came in the Discus, Javelin and Triple Jump See video of Trent and Chris HERE
Taylor Corney also qualified for the "Nationals" with a GOLD MEDAL in the grueling Octathlon competition
